Our Approach

We Don’t Just Run Ads. We Step Into Your Marketing Seat.

Strategic marketing for live events — from the first message to the final business outcome.

Successful live-event marketing takes more than one advertisement and hoping the right people register. We work as an extension of your team — learning your business, your audience, and helping shape the entire strategy around your event using an approach we call microdosing the message.

We don’t wait for you to hand us the strategy, copy and creative. We step into the marketing seat, work alongside your team, and take responsibility for building a connected system around your event.

The Philosophy

More than a traditional advertising agency

A traditional agency may ask for your offer, budget, audience and creative — then launch an advertisement. Our model is different. We collaborate with your team to determine who should be in the room, what matters most to them, and why someone should attend this particular event.

Many event campaigns rely on one or two advertisements that repeat the same message until registration closes — one graphic, one headline, one call to action, shown to everyone regardless of what actually motivates them. Rather than asking one advertisement to explain everything, we break the campaign into several short, focused messages. Each ad delivers one clear idea.

The key is to microdose the message — without fragmenting the budget.

5–7
Messaging Angles Per Campaign
1A specific problem the event will address
2A commonly overlooked risk or expense
3An important deadline or timing consideration
4The presenter’s experience and credibility
5The classroom or live-event experience
6Registration closing or limited-seat urgency
The Mechanics

Paid advertising that learns

We place the primary advertisements together inside a consolidated Meta Ads Manager campaign. This gives Meta multiple creative options while keeping the budget and performance data connected — testing, learning, and shifting delivery toward whatever is actually working.

Direct-response advertising is only one part of it. We also create educational Facebook and Instagram posts that introduce event topics and build credibility — content that stays visible on your pages long after the paid campaign ends and keeps building warm audiences for retargeting.

For most live-event campaigns, the objective should be the meaningful action we want someone to complete — not simply a low-cost click or reaction.

Lead Quality

Teaching Meta what a quality lead looks like

Most campaigns stop measuring when someone submits a form. We want to know what happened next — did they confirm, attend, purchase, or become a qualified opportunity? A form submission tells Meta who’s willing to fill out a form. It doesn’t tell Meta who’s likely to actually show up or become a real opportunity.

With the right CRM setup — including TofuDown, where applicable — stronger downstream events can be sent back to Meta through Conversions API, so future campaigns can optimize toward people who are more likely to actually become a valuable outcome, not just fill out a form.

Our objective isn’t simply to produce the cheapest names. It’s to improve the cost of creating meaningful business outcomes.

Give Before You Ask, Then Compound

Building audiences that get more valuable over time

Sometimes the most effective way to fill a future event is to give something genuinely useful first — what we call a Value Asset: a guide, checklist, calculator or scorecard that addresses a real concern in your market.

Each campaign should make the next one stronger. Eligible engagement with your Facebook and Instagram content can build privacy-safe Custom Audiences inside Meta for retargeting. These audiences stay inside Meta and don’t hand over personal names or emails — someone becomes an identifiable lead only when they voluntarily complete a registration, ticket purchase, or Value Asset request.

Give value first. Earn attention. Build trust. Create the next conversation.

How We Work

The campaign journey

1
Learn

We begin by learning the client’s business, audience, event, presenter, goals and market.

2
Position

We identify the most compelling educational topics, audience concerns, differentiators and reasons to attend.

3
Build

We create the campaign messaging, advertising copy, visual direction, social content and registration journey.

4
Launch

We launch the primary registration campaign alongside supporting organic and boosted content.

5
Retarget

We reconnect with people who engaged, watched, clicked or visited but did not initially register.

6
Create Urgency

As the event approaches, the messaging shifts toward the date, registration deadline, available seating and the cost of missing important information.

7
Track Results & Improve

We review confirmations, attendance and outcomes — not just form submissions — and apply what worked to the next campaign.

Boosting five or six posts separately does not create the same testing environment. Each boosted post is treated as a separate promotion. Place the ads together inside one Ads Manager campaign so Meta can compare their performance and shift delivery toward the strongest ads.

Meta recommends consolidating campaigns and ad sets to reduce fragmented delivery and improve efficiency.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Microdosed event marketing uses several short, focused messages rather than one advertisement to communicate the entire event. Each ad addresses one topic, concern or reason to attend.
No. Meta determines which ads are most likely to produce the campaign objective. Some people may see several different messages, while others may see only one or two.
No. A boosted post is often used for reach, engagement and social proof. A registration campaign is configured around a more specific conversion objective. We use both as complementary parts of the strategy.
A Value Asset is a useful educational resource — a guide, checklist, worksheet, calculator or scorecard — created to give an immediate benefit while helping you build a permission-based audience.
No. The first step is usually accurate tracking of leads, registrations or purchases. More advanced lead-quality optimization can be introduced once enough reliable data and the necessary systems are in place.
No responsible marketer can guarantee that. The initial lead cost may decrease, stay stable, or increase. The more important objective is improving the cost per meaningful outcome — an attendee, a qualified opportunity, or an acquired client.
No. The strategy adapts to educational workshops, seminars, conferences, community events, professional programs and other ticketed or live experiences. Campaign structure, targeting and claims always reflect your industry and applicable advertising requirements.

We don’t just promote the next event.
We help build what comes after it.

If you only need someone to boost a post, there are plenty of traditional options. If you want a partner who learns your business, develops the strategy and helps build the complete campaign with you, let’s talk.
